Computational and Quantitative Biology PhD

Antonio is associate researcher of the Bioinformatics Lab at BIOGEM and a Ph.D. student at University of Naples Federico II, in Computational and Quantitative Biology. He has a Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science (Machine Learning and Big Data) at University of Naples “Parthenope”, during which he received a scholarship for research activities in pattern recognition and in his master thesis he investigated prioritization of oncology drug targets. His main research interest are Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Analytics.
