MODALITA' DI SVOLGIMENTO DELLA PROVA ORALE PER I CANDIDATI AMMESSI (ENGLISH VERSION BELOW) La prova orale avverrà il giorno 23 luglio alle ore 9:00 in modalità telematica su piattaforma Microsoft Teams al seguente indirizzo: La prova consisterà in una presentazione di 5 minuti con 5 diapositive in lingua Inglese su un progetto di ricerca svolto dal candidato durante la tesi di laurea o tirocinio. Inoltre, il candidato dovrà scegliere uno dei progetti di dottorato tra quelli proposti al link indicato di seguito, ed illustrare come le esperienze acquisite durante la tesi e/o tirocinio sono utili allo svolgimento del progetto di dottorato scelto: https://cqb.dieti.unina.it/index.php/research-and-faculty-listing/project-proposals-xl-cycle-2025
La presentazione deve contenere le seguenti diapositive: - Diapositiva 1: Title and Background Il limite di cinque minuti verrà strettamente rispettato, e la presentazione verrà interrotta. ------ **Instructions for the candidates admitted to the oral examination.** The oral exam will take place on **July 23rd at 9:00 AM** remotely via **Microsoft Teams** at the following link: The exam will consist of a **5-minute presentation** using **5 slides in English**, on a **research project carried out by the candidate during their thesis or internship**. 5 June 2025Ph.D. Admission Exam in Computational and Quantitative Biology 2025/2026 (41th Ph.D. Cycle)The call for applications for admission to the Ph.D. programs of the 41st cycle has been issued with DR/2025/2586 of 05/06/2025 | Integrazione - DR/2025/2606 del 06/06/2025The call has been published on the Official Notice Board and on the University portal at http://www.unina.it/didattica/post-laurea/dottorati-di-ricerca/bandi-di-ammissione. The English version will also be published shortly at http://www.unina.it/didattica/post-laurea/dottorati-di-ricerca/english-version. Please note that the deadline is 12:00 PM on July 7, 2025. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the online procedure, which will be active starting from 8:00 AM on Monday, June 9, 2025. Graduating students can also apply, provided they obtain their degree by October 31, 2025. Application Process: All applications must be submitted exclusively through the online procedure available at https://pica.cineca.it/unina/. The deadline for submission is 12:00 PM (Italian time) on July 7, 2025. Application Fee: To participate in the admission exam, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of €50.00. Full calendar of compulsory courses for CQB PhD students of XXXIX and XL Cycles
Dear all,
here is the full calendar of courses for 2025. The PDF contains two pages with the same information but in two different formats. As I wrote before, there will be COMPULSORY courses IN PRESENCE from the 17th to the 21st of February at TIGEM from 9am to 6pm for a total of 8 CFUs. The courses will then continue ONLINE for an additional 6 CFUs and also these are COMPULSORY. The detailed calendar can be found in the PDF here.

For all current students of all cycles, on the 9/10/2024 all of the students MUST ATTEND otherwise THEY WILL NOT PASS TO NEXT YEAR OR ADMITTED TO THE FINAL EXAM. Students enrolled in the cycle 40 are also invited to attend to meet supervisors and collegues.
The agenda is now available here. Please read the updated instructions below and respect the allotted duration. No overtime will be allowed. The meeting will be held in the AULA MAGNA - Facoltà di Ingegneria - P.le Tecchio 80, Napoli.
- Students enrolled in the cycle 37 will need to prepare a presentation of 8 minutes (max 8 Slides)
- Students enrolled in the cycle 38 will need to prepare a presentation of 5 minutes (max 5 Slides)
- Students of the cycle 39 will present a poster.
