Spending periods abroad

Needed documents:

These documents should be sent to the coordinator of the CQB program.

Ph.D. students may conduct training periods at foreign universities or research institutes. For periods of up to six months, the consent of the course coordinator is required (a note in which the coordinator informs the office that the doctoral student has been authorized to go abroad, indicating the period); for longer periods, the reasoned resolution of the faculty is required. In no case may the stay abroad exceed half of the period provided for the doctoral degree.
The amount of the scholarship will be raised by 50% in proportion to and in relation to the permitted periods of stay abroad. Payment for such periods will be made upon delivery by the person concerned of a certificate issued by the foreign institution, in which the actual performance of research activities at that institution is certified.
The certificate from the foreign institution (prepared on letterhead and signed by a person specifying his or her role) can be sent by e-mail
